This includes:

  1. Review of your questionnaire assessment, your initial intake sheet as well as your food and mood journal.

  2. Creating a bio-individual protocol made specifically for your unique needs.

  3. 60-90 minutes sit down at the office to review results.

**Note: You will also receive a discount on all supplements (if needed) via my Full Script account.

Initial Assessment: $299

Follow up appointments: $100

This includes:

  1. 30-45 minute sit down at the office to go over progress, and to either tweak protocol or add on if you are ready.

*Nutritional Therapy is not covered by insurance unfortunately.

**Payments accepted: Cash, Check and credit cards.

***Credit cards will have a 3% fee attached for processing.

****I do accept HSA cards. However, please request a letter of medical necessity from your family physician for your records, and confirm with your HSA company to ensure my services are covered for you.
