I'm thrilled you're here and I hope you're feeling motivated and ready to take charge of your health—because you absolutely deserve it. I can't wait to hear your story and explain why Nutritional Therapy may be the missing piece in your healing journey.

Nutritional Therapy takes time to show results. This isn’t a quick-fix solution. So if you are looking for that, we may not be a good fit. You’ve likely tried alls sorts of those quick fixes and realized that, although they may work at first, they don’t work for long. Dysfunction doesn’t develop overnight, and it can’t be fixed overnight either. Nutritional Therapy is a big commitment and an investment in your health. Now, the “work” doesn’t seem difficult on paper, BUT it sometimes can feel overwhelming . My promise to you, if you are willing to put in the work, is to work alongside you so that you CAN achieve optimal hormonal balance and health!

So what is Nutritional Therapy?

Nutritional therapy is a bio-individual approach to health. We are all different with different body make ups so what may work for me may not work for you! This is why I will tailor your protocol to what YOU may need.

At the NTA (Nutritional Therapy Association), they believe that good health can be achieved by focusing on six foundations of health:

  • A nutrient dense diet

  • Proper Digestion

  • Blood sugar regulation

  • Mineral balance

  • Hydration

  • Fatty Acids

It allows you to share your health goals, while I explain what Nutritional Therapy entails and how it might be the missing piece you’ve been looking for. By the end, you'll have the information needed to decide if this approach aligns with your needs.

There are no strings attached—this call is simply a chance to explore your options. However, achieving your health goals requires your commitment; I can guide you, but I can't do the work for you. If it doesn't feel like the right fit, that's perfectly okay—no hard feelings!

I’m Committed! Let’s GO!

I’m super excited to get you on the road to feeling better!

You will start to receive information from me the same day you commit. This will include forms that MUST be filled out before I start digging deep into your health history and creating a protocol. This takes a lot of work behind the scenes before we meet, so I do ask that this be completed as soon as possible.

You will receive:

  • A 300+ symptom assessment questionnaire. This looks a bit overwhelming (300+ questions????!!), but I promise it should only take about 10 minutes to fill out. This will produce a graph that will show us which systems need the most support and which nutrient’s you may be deficient in.

  • A food and mood journal. You will keep track of everything you eat/drink, how you feel emotionally and physically, any digestive symptoms that arise, as well as when you wake up and go to sleep for 3 -5 days.

  • A comprehensive health history questionnaire. Think of this as what you would fill out in the doctor’s office, just a LOT more in depth!

  • Wavier

Once I receive all your information back, I can then start deep diving into your history, symptoms, and begin to put the pieces together on where I feel the dysfunction is stemming from.

I will then reach out to schedule our first in-depth appointment, which typically lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, so please plan accordingly. During this session, I will review all of your completed forms and discuss potential reasons behind how you're feeling. From there, we'll explore strategies to start addressing these concerns.

It's important to understand that this process is not a quick fix. I won’t overwhelm you with a long list of changes to implement all at once, as that approach often leads to feeling stressed and shutting down entirely. Instead, we’ll work together to create a practical plan that you feel confident in following.

Once you have your initial protocol, you'll follow it for four weeks. At that point, we'll schedule a follow-up meeting to review your progress and make any necessary adjustments. If you're comfortable, we can also build on your plan at that time.

You will have access to me via our private portal, where you can message me anytime with questions. Please note that I will respond within 24 hours.

After that, we'll meet as often as you prefer—whether weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. It's entirely up to you. On average, it takes about three months for clients to start seeing noticeable results, provided they follow the protocols.

My goal is to empower you to make the necessary changes so you can feel your best and equip you with the tools to maintain that progress. I don't want you to rely on me indefinitely, but I'll always be here if you need support in the future!
